Following our previous introduction of our forged valve facilities, we would like to introduce our cast steel valve manufacturing facilities.

We manufacture cast steel valves at our overseas factory, where a clean room facility is fully equipped.
Similar to forged valves, oil-free handling (prevention of oil and foreign material contamination) for cast steel valves can be provided as an option under a clean room environment.

Below is an overview of our oil-free processing procedure:

① Preparation of valves requiring oil-free handling

② Primary cleaning followed by air drying to remove moisture

③ Secondary cleaning for enhanced cleanliness

④ Transfer to the clean room

⑤ Inspection using infrared equipment (foreign particles are removed by air if detected)

⑥ Assembly process

⑦ Pressure testing

As shown above, we ensure strict process control for oil-free handling.
