Since opening and closing operation is achived by 90° rotation, the operation time is short. The flow path is straight and the pressure loss is small.
Excellent airtightness is obtained and it is suitable for on / off operation.

It is a ball valve that can be used in harsh conditions for fluids that are difficult to handle with soft seats (e.g. (powder, slurry, high-viscosity fluid), with frequent opening and closing conditions and in high temperature service.
Depending on the fluid conditions, various hardening treatments can be applied to the seat and ball sliding parts to demonstrate excellent performance.
Standard permissible leakage from the seat is as per ANSI / FCI 70-2 Class V. Please contact us for more severe leaks.

The seat material can be Teflon, nylon or peak and it can be selected widely according to the application. It is a valve that can be used for a wide range of applications other than general purpose such as water and gas. (e.g. steam, chemicals...)
